Our goal at 49Plans is to change the way plans are purchased!

The old way:

• Search through thousands of plans trying to find the perfect plan for you. 
• Pay an average of $600-$1,200 for a set of printed plans. 
• Worse yet, pay $1,200-$3,000 on average for a pdf for a cad set of plans. 

Our way:

• Search our plan collections. (We are adding new plans each week) 
• Find a plan you like, buy it for $49 regardless of plan size or complexity. ($99 for cad files)
• Download the pdf or cad files of the plan and you are all set! It’s that simple!
• The plans are all drawn to scale and can be printed full size at your local print/copy shop.

Why and How can we do this?

There are many reasons we’ve chosen to offer our plans at such a low price.

• First and foremost, we want to make house plans available and affordable to anyone. Building a home is a dream for many people. A house plan is the first step to making this dream a reality and we’d like to make that first step affordable to all. 
• Many people who are considering building a house would like to consider more than one plan for their home. They would love to be able to have multiple plans to review, compare, estimate etc. But with the current pricing model on the big plan sites this option would be too cost prohibitive.
• We are not plan brokers like the big plan sites who boast about having thousands of plans. We own our plans. Because of this we do not act as a middle man. You are buying directly from us, the designers. 
• Builders can also take advantage of our low prices buy downloading multiple plans. This will allow you to do estimates and market analysis of multiple plans in order to choose the best plan/s to add to your plan collection. Cad plans are available to you for plan modification to suite your needs. (See builder options and pricing)
